Samantha Amundson is a singer, actress and songwriter from Minnesota.

 

With her she carries a variety of skills in different areas of the arts that range from theatre, film and music.

 

She has performed in various productions and cabarets both virtually and in and around the Twin Cities. Most recently she was seen as The Mayor of Bikini Bottom in Generation Theatre Company's summer production of SpongeBob and in the ensemble of one of her dream Shows: Side Show with Ashland Productions.

 

Always having an interest in film, she began creating her own content and eventually short films for her YouTube Channel with an audience of almost 2,000 subscribers. Within the last year she has been dabbling in the MN film scene in various film productions and commercials.

She began playing guitar at the age of 16 with a goal of writing her own material. In 2019 she released her own self produced EP "NOIR" and continues to write and produce music.

 

Samantha has been lucky to study with some of Broadway's best and brightest stars. She frequently takes classes and believes her education is the foundation for everything she does. She holds a certificate in lyric writing from Berklee College of Music and is a recipient of the Tom Snow Celebrity Scholarship which led to her taking a course in cinematography.​​
